Post your trading / workstations!

I'm coming from Reddit and was asked to post my setup here... I recently moved so this is missing 4 extra monitors that I don't have hooked up/need right now given the slow environment.

Not pictured is the 50" plasma and 27" LCD I have hooked up to my towers on occasion as well; unfortunately I have this setup in my small cubby of an office so it is hard to get everything in one picture. http://imgur.com/a/cwzrT if you want to get an idea.

Picture of the back of the 8 screen tower. You can't move it too much as it's very sensitive; just bumped it up to 20 GB RAM and added an SSD which was a major pain for that reason.

2nd set of surge protectors.

3rd router which I use as a switch for a PS3 and the 2nd tower along with its surge protector.

Enjoy.
Wow. What's your power bill like with all that running?

What do you trade? Are the monitors required for your trading style?

Apart from the YoYo, my setup consists of 2 x 46" Monitors connected to a dell laptop via dual 1080 outputs, the obvious advantage of this is I can take the laptop if I go out.

I run a program called Winsplit that enables me to 'snap' windows easily (although it doesnt work within MT4)

I also run Zoomit which enables me to (yes youve guessed it) zoom in at the touch of a button, useful when running 1080p.

Mouse and keyboard are wireless so I can sit across the room without getting fried by the monitors.

For a mouse I use a Genius mouse pen, I was starting to get bad RSI so I changed my input device, it works well as long as you hold it with your hand tilted 45" a bit like a joystick.

Love it! love your backyard shot too, can imagine having a nice BBQ and a few tinnies sat out there, maybe watching the stars with the sheila at night time, real peaceful! ;)

Picked up one of these two weeks ago for my work trading station:

It's all setup now and I'm very happy with it. I'll post an updated workstation pic on Monday when I get a chance to take a few pics. :D

From the front:

(I guess I'm up to 7 monitors now.. maybe I have a problem. :p If they look slightly tinted a warm colour, that's because of flux.)

And the stand from behind, it fits on the corner of desk pretty decently and doesn't get in the way of anyone, while giving me a little spot to stash stuff.

What's the info on the very left monitor?

Improvised me a stand up desk out of a shelving unit. I sit down all day at work so need to be standing as I trade the London session by night. Pictured here as I do some weekend (ICT) revision.

The plant is meant to be relaxing.

Air-conditioning unit (fan) build in to the top as it gets mighty hot here in QLD.

Trading journal stays in sight at all times as I keep forgetting to write in it.

WOW... been a while and my first post here brings back memories... I figured I'd share my setup now and get things rollin again:

A little messy.. but that's my current trading station.

2x 25" ultra wide LG monitors (21:9 ratio) take the center and provide the majority of the pixels. Each are at 2560 x 1080
