What's your approach to position sizing in trading? Do you have a set percentage per trade, or do you adjust based on market conditions and volatility?

I am trying to incorporate the convex position sizing, where there is a fixed max and minimum risk that is pre-decided, and then we scale it up or down depending on the recent performance.
