Inner Circle Trader Notes

Hello everyone,

So I have pretty much taken notes on every Inner Circle Trader video out there and I figure now that he is going on a break it would be a good time to share these notes. I will share them as I read through them once more and make sure that everything makes sense and is understandable. There are probably some grammar mistakes due to trying to type notes really fast while watching the videos. I took the notes in Microsoft OneNote (amazing note-taking software) and will be exporting them to PDF for you guys. It will be great for reading on the iPad or device of your choice.

I am guessing these will be in pretty high demand because I have mentioned these notes in the past and got a few private messages requesting them.

Let me know if there are any problems with downloading the files.

** Files with an asterisk means that there are some notes that I believe to be untrue in them. I don't know if it was me taking bad notes or ICT getting mixed up. The notes within those documents that I believe to be untrue are also labeled with an asterisk. It would be great if someone could confirm.

I was going to keep editing my main post and adding the notes as I finished going over them, but apparently there is a time limit to editing posts (that sucks).

I will probably have to add the rest in replies to this thread or just wait until I am done editing all of them... I'm not really sure what is best because either way there will be more notes in the future so I would be unable to add them to the main post.

I think we should get rid of the time limit for editing posts :)
 
Hi Slugfx, I was about to ask you to share the notes. I find your notes extremely useful, especially the one-note version as it helps me to add my own comments too. Started loving one-note app very much these days! Thanks for everything and keep sharing :)

You've difficulty downloading the notes? Follow the link, click on "download" on the left, then save as. Hope this helps.
BTW SlugFX, thank you for doing and sharing the notes!

Hello!
This is a general question, so I chose to stick it here in case it would help more people?

He mentions blocking out 2-4am est and 7-10am est and checking out what the price action is doing? I have a good handle on the 2-4am session because of the dealer range concept. I have confidence in that session but it really can interfere with my sleep.

So can someone give me hints on how they tackle the 7-10am est session?

I know ICT will get to this eventually but my curiosity is running over. And it might make my wife happier! :thumbsup: very important there too. haha.

New York Open Session Tactics. In the torrent, there's an entire video on different aspects. It's a little rougher to trade than LO through NYO, though. At least on Fiber/Cable.

Don't be surprised that ICT tells you that it is the easiest session to trade, because you already know the direction of the day.
But than again you need to be aware for market reversal profiles, search and destroy days, ... ;)

An issue is, that unless it is a market reversal day, the number of pips 'on offer' is most often less on NYOKZ entries than LOKZ entries. For that reason I only tenter in the NYOKZ, which is not often, when looking for a reversal day.
 
Are the links in this thread still working? I've tried to download several files and get a blank screen that eventually times out. Anyone know how to get the downloads to work?

Hrm... yeah, the links are busted. I'll get a hold of SlugFX about it. I meant to download these as well.
 
It looks like ge.tt (the url shortening download "pipe") that was used to host the links is the culprit.

Their entire service is dead as far as I can see...
