Eyestrain from Monitors?

Yeah but their expensive this one just auto adjusts your monitors color temps

I just installed this on my tanning station *cough* quad monitor matrix *cough* and after a long trading session my eyes noticeably felt less strained.

I hope that's not just some placebo effect.

For good measure, I'm going to pick up a pair of Gunnars as well... they aren't that expensive, eye health considered that is..
