hey all.
how are you?
How could I stop gazing at the screen for one minute at a time?
and do not change the time frame, frame to frame.
I have a slight addiction, and it truly worries me, especially at work coz It disturbs me.

How long have you been trading? It will go away eventually; there is no need to worry; addiction is one of the steps that traders must go through.

it is not very long. not exceeded more than a year professionally.
I seek knowledge of trading to the grave. haha

You are still a baby, haha. During my first 2 years, I was watching charts for 12 hours a day, sometimes more, every day, including weekends.

we can not stop learning even if you feel like you are professional in a world that technology, science, knowledge is progressing so fast, so please do not call others baby.

Doesn's mean to offend you, but it's a process of learning, I was also a baby, and I am still a kid now when it comes to trading.
Oh, I see you now. I apologize. I assumed you were speaking in a humorous manner. It's just because texts lacks tone.

Take short breaks, look away from the screen, and set a timer. Gradually, it’ll be easier to stay focused without constantly checking.

I think we’re all “babies” in trading at some point. Even after years of screen time, the market has a funny way of reminding you there’s always more to learn. The important part is staying curious and improving a little each day.

What finally helped me was treating FOMO like any other trigger: pre-plan the setup, then use a 2-minute cooldown before clicking

In the beginning I was also addicted — constantly checking charts, even outside trading hours, and it was seriously affecting my sleep and focus. What helped me was setting strict trading hours, closing all platforms after the session, and forcing myself to do something completely unrelated to markets in the evening. It gets much better once you build discipline and trust your trading plan. You’re not alone in this struggle.
