Ive seen similar candle manipulation with Dukascopy data, So it begs the question, why do Banks and Brokers mess about with historical data? dont tell me, its to make the chart look prettier?!
If ICT is right, and orderflow can be determined using orderblocks I think the answer is literally jumping off the chart at us..
