Breaker?

Hello Everyone, I just read a definition of a Breaker and I could not grasp anything from the definition they provided.
Can someone please provide me a chart/graphical representation of a breaker? I think it would help me a lot.

Here is an example of a bearish breaker. You would expect to see a high made then small retracement before a higher high and then a break of structure. You measure out the retracement and look for price to come back into it before dropping. Entry at the base or 50% of the breaker and SL above the high
