I recommend not drinking at all, especially when the market is OPEN! Gotta keep that brain machine sharp ;)

Yea, but the liver too :D :D

the golden gun said:
Liver damage comes from chronic and excessive drinking.

Actually, it comes from any excessive consumption of alcohol and "excessive" in this context is not very much. A single binge can be fatal, if enough is consumed. Just a simple heavy social drinking session, well below what most regular drinkers would consider overdoing it, will change liver function for a significant period.

Consumption of alcohol can be a lifestyle enhancement, but it shouldn't be one's lifestyle. All Most Some things in moderation. :)

Oh snapple..

When delivering the report, a regulator for the FSA said that "Mr. Perkins poses an extreme risk to the market when drunk".

Not a bad 'last word' to have on your way out the industry.

For your sake, I hope it was a distillery. You could be your own best customer! ;D
HA! Everybody makes their own luck! :D
Or it's not supposed to be in this context..

Call me old school, empire strikes back ending. Not even all the CGI crap can match it :)

100% right. Ahm...i can only say "Don't drink and post stupid s***." :) I have my weak moments sometimes.
Apologies, for the above post ,no personal harm meant. Sorry F-man. :p

Accepted. Drunk posting never goes well.

Unless you're one friend I had who was insane anyway, then it was hours of hilariousness.

Heh yea..You right about that..
Anyways, to put things in context:
Before i deleted that post, i've reread it and every word was a fact. The reason i deleted it because it was childish, and really there is no need for me to state anything like that.

Now about ego:
Think a second about it. And your mentor. I am amused by his mixture of claimed humility and need to claim ownership of unique concepts like... umm.. oh yeah, Fibo 70.5... can you believe that? The whole world uses 70.7 and he discovers 70.5. ???
So lets not go there.

So its ok when ur idol does it,and then you are absorbing it ? You're a bit biased my friend. Now lets move on.

Piper, foreigner was making an important semantics point. You responded with nothing but sarcasm.

No, he was doing anything but that. Doc saved me sometime by answering him, you can read back and see some very valid(and solid) points. Thank you Doc! ;)

Though I do want to congratulate you on quitting your day job! That's a pretty big achievement. Considering your posting history, I'm guessing somewhere in the Spring?

Thank you!Almost a year ago.

However, your posting has become rather aggressive, making interaction not highly desirable.

I also would worry that the ego & money will cause you great harm.

Thank you, noted.

Giving respect is mandatory, but if after it i'm giving it,and not getting the same, i will slash you to pieces with my lightsabre >:D with no issues.

If somebody throwing around stuff with nothing to back it up except chirping around like a cricket he will be put in his place too, since i'm sensitive to BS..

Nothing new i think.

Have a nice weekend!

No, it's an accurate description. That's what markets do. It would be short sighted to claim that S&D fully explains the reasons why supply or demand overbalances at any particular place but the law of S&D makes no claim to do so.

My rhythm was off on that point, you're right.

In this case I beat the proverbial drum to death.

I thank you for bringing reason to the conversation Aus. :)

You're too kind. Always a pleasure to hold discussions with thinking people. We all learn from one another, that's one of the virtues of a well run forum.

Have you tried the indicator? If so, how have you found it? Which pairs? What time frames?

Thought I would drop in and to see whether or not the childish behavior had subsided, obviously not. On the positive side I found the links (AusDoc) on S&D to to very informative. On the negative side it seems that one of the escapees from Babypips still infests this forum. He (obviously) seems to suffer from the inadequacy of having a soft small noodle. He would be better off by acquiring a very small pet and a roll of gaffer tape.

Hey Rod!

Nice to see you back . I dunno' if you were referring to me or to somebody else in this thread, since you haven't gave a clear pointer about that. If indeed to me, then i can assure you than i'm not a babypips escapist..

Sadly you're right about the part of the childish behavior, and there were parts when i took a part in that too. I know that i'm not right about everything (wish i was 8)). And that's the underlying reason that every reply, no matter what way it was constructed i'm weighing, even if its in harsh language. That's the reason why i'm always requesting, whoever thinks whatever, to back it up by some kind of a fact.
In this discipline you have to keep an open mind to learn and becoming a better version of yourself each day.

I'll go that far that if somebody is going to tell me (backed up by somekind of proof) that if i'll place a blue bear near my console, every time it roars in confluence with stochastic divergence, gold prices will spike up, then i will get me a blue bear, put it near my desk, i'll test it out for myslef, and if i'm seeing that it indeed works and hes roaring happily before it happens , and its profitable then you are going to see a new thread of the Gold trading blue bear stochastic system popping up in the forum, with a credit to the creator, and a handful of examples backing it up,the failed ones included. If not, then i will either keep the bear fella( hah! would be cool to train one, and awesome chick magnet to roll the streets with >:D), or chart up blue bear prices, and try to sell the fella on a high tick.

Every failed trade, every conflict, every conversation is a pointer towards your better self or a reinforcment. Now when life throwing at you sh*t (like a harsh and rude response, the example will make sense in a sentence or two) you have to be willing to put on a glove, reach into that sh*t because you have to know that you are not perfect, neither what you know, so below the layers of the nasty smelling thing you can uncover a gem or even a diamond by the understandings the other person has. Then its time to thank them, and relay their kindness of teaching you a certain thing, with a pointer toward how they could make their future interaction with the environment and the world to arrive to a better place in a more pleasant way.

To the other hand, if a person chooses to talk sh*t for the sake of being rude, and hes openly stating that, i don't feel any inclination or moral hesitation not to hammer them to the ground. Maybe it's a personal flaw by other peoples perspective, but that's who i am for the moment and i'm comfy with my thinking process this way.

True, he's very kind to relay us gems and resources of hes understandings, gained by a lot of testing learning and experience (personally learned a lot from the resources he posted),and we should be thankful for that.

Or to get a pencil, some masking tape, and fix it up. Probably will stand up more proudly ;D ;D ;D ;D

Have a nice weekend all
