Greetings All,

I am FinoptUSA (Fin for Financial, Opt- for Options) and I live in the USA. I am an aspiring trader. I recently graduated this year with my MBA. University introduced me to FX through my international finance class about three years ago. Now that I have completed University, I am exploring more of the FX world. I have a demo account and I seeking to find my set-up. I am still jumpy and reacting to price action far too much. I found this group by searching for more information on the web for ICT.

While listening to his [Michael’s] material, I have found that scalping entries and short-term trading fit more of my personality. I am not too comfortable with holding overnight. London's session has destroyed me too many times. Right now, 20-30 pips in-and-out works well with me. I am seeking to cultivate friendships with like-minded individuals because it can be a lonely journey. I do not know how much more my family can take listening to me discuss getting stopped out or being mad because my trade did not trigger, etc. I am a married father of three, my family pretends well, but I see I need to cool it. Business manager by day, so I am not throwing everything to the wind to be a millionaire next month as the so-called gurus try to preach. I am realistic in my goals and development. Anyhow, I look forward to learning from others and participating where I can. I have not used live funds as of yet but seek to in 2021.

Thanks for reading and any help is greatly appreciated.

Good morning, (Noodzfx) is a Fiber Optic Technician originally from Montego Bay Jamaica, now living in Ontario Canada. I was first introduced to forex though a friend of mine in 2006, he purchased a course with 16 cd's and couldn't figure it out. That course and baby pips gave me a solid foundation. A couple million YouTube videos later I stumbled across VP the Algo trader who mentioned ICT. After scouring though ICT's material and watching his videos all the other stuff finally made sense. Most gurus do teach you enough to be a lamb to the slaughter. You can identify market direction, locate and execute a couple successful trades but never consistently profitable. Forex trading is a journey that teaches you who you really are and who the mentors really are. Blessings 1 Love!

Noodzfx,(General) I really appreciate the response. This can be a lonely journey trying to figure it all out, but this my final mission. No more jumping around for me. We had similar paths. I also watched VP and that is how I learned of ICT. I am going through the sniper series now. I grew-up Miami, but not there now. Sure miss my Ital soup with my Jamaican brothers. I agree "Forex trading is a journey that teaches you who you really are." It seems to be a true battle to overcome oneself [emotions and decision making]. Thanks again for the response. Blessings, Respect.

Hello , I am new to this forum and I am happy to join you. I am a beginner in trading and I am looking forward to learn from others good and bad experience. Any tips to start with ?

I’m just google n through web join it. , would be better for communicate as a group
I strongly recommend u use live money, as usd 500, or 1000 can do trades without any other commissions fee. Likewise IB, IG platform. You can get different feeling while use your money, and be good to start ASAP, why need to delay?
