Stopped on this unfortunately. Maybe I missed a HTF support but nasty spike this morning killed my trade.

I don't think you missed anything in your HTF analysis. Cable is just running up, while Fiber is having nothing on it. There is, however, that high at 1.6845 that's looking quite juicy for the dealers to nail for Stops, I imagine.

Edit: I should mention what I call "bad sushi" setups. (I'm a yen Trader, and bad sushi for the BoJ chair can cause problems...) You analysis can be brilliant. If it is, take the trade. Doesn't mean it'll work.

Wednesday, in the USDJPY, during the CDR period, someone ran it up then down during the Rollover period. (Contract rollover at 5 pm EDT). The trade I had was based off good analysis. I've just never seen the pair do *that* before. Considering one Feed I have actually shows a 10 pip gap, you can understand why I collapsed the trade.

You never know what may happen. That's why we trade in the Gray, as ICT likes to say it. We take high probability setups, with proper Risk Management. It's the path to success. Keep it up.

Hi Everybody,

Was sick last week and wasn`t up post the homework, so I don`t know is it ok to put it in this week`s threat, but I didn`t find better place, so I but it here.

Sorry guys my clock was wrong, so all the times on my homework should be -1

Excellent.... I saw the order block ...on the left... but it never struck me that there could be a stop raid....

And what a move after that...

Congrats on your analysis.... and a kick on my butt for not having thought of it...despite ICT talking abt it ALL THE TIME...

BTW there is some BOE minutes announcement in abt 5 hrs from now. Then the BOJ interest thingie.

So the move down just before LC could be to weed out weak longs ?... or was the move up to weed out weak shorts ?.

... My analysis... GU move up today was to weed out weak shorts... and the longs which eager beavers would have built from last night on EJ and EU .. they are going to probably get hammered too..

Although the move in GU surprised me a bit, it is explainable.
See the order block and weekly indi dealer range line?
And see the reaction that happened after that (15 min ago)?

If you can ignore the extra stuff on the Chart (this is my normal H1 Chart for Cable), that H4 Order block sits right on the 70.5% OTE.

Note where it hit before running off?

Yes i saw that ... where it hit before it took off upwards and alarms did ring.

So rally from OTE downthere and push down from OTE upthere...

But now where is what am thinking :)

I've been looking for opportunities to go long Fiber. It seems like this could be the best chance I'll get this week. With Cable off to the races I'll look for Fiber to try and play catch up.
