Tell me more about that 86 fib... are you even using it in these charts??

You could also ask what is 70.7 sweetspot that the ICT camp(you and the boys )using.

2 square root = 1.414 / 2 = 70.7 ;)

The 86? Yes. I'm using it :p

Fiber is gearing up for a major move this week

What do you mean by that? Does this means its gearing for a move up by forming a low first sometime this week. I'm still a newbie so thats why I am asking this if my question sound silly to you. Many thanks. :)

what seemed like an early christmas today, as limit order after limit order got triggered, has turned out into an extended exercise of firefighting.. trying to minimise losses and bailing on my trades as we are blowing through levels, which are destroying my trade ideas one by one;)
Timing is still not my best friend I guess;)
Looks like I'll get out of this with merely a scratch (only around -1% instead of several %)
quite a monday indeed..

good luck out there everybody

what took your money? cable? fiber?

any sly foxes pick up some Fiber shorts above 2500? ;)

update:
for anyone that did, could've taken partial profits by now and be in a risk free short above 2500... pretty sweet!

4H OB ;)

GG had limit orders triggered on cable, USDYen, USDCHF, and Aussie. fibre would have been a manual entry.. but since all those orders got triggered I chosen not to.. I don't really like trading on mondays, and I normally hope for my orders not to trigger that quickly.. cable stopped me out, swissy I could close at -4ish, Aussie I closed at BE, and Yen I closed at around -25..
my entries where too early, or I was just simply wrong;) at least I managed to keep the damage in check.. one decent trade will make up for it..

wow, why not just select your best setup and do one trade at a time? maybe the Top 2.

How much risk per trade?

My suggestion would be, to ask yourself why do you think that you can trade 4 pairs successfully, when you are saying that you are not doing it in one. Trading is focus. Dont scatter too thin. Focus on one, once you manage, add another one and so on.. I think a lot of guys out there who only trading one market only and living pretty well.

those where all limit orders.. most weeks I'm lucky if one of them gets triggered. Yesterday they all got triggered (hence my "What seemed like an early christmas" comment) My focus is still on cable and fiber, but a few weeks ago I started to include some additional pairs into my weekly analysis - and if something looks too juicy, then I set limit orders.. Simple as that.

I'm flattered how some of you seem more interested in other people's trading instead of their own;)

yesterday is gone.. managed to keep my losses at a minimum (Risk management is still my strongest suit) I'm more interested with today and the future;)

GG as it is December and first week thereof I keep my risk at half a percent max at the moment..

cheers
