Dow Intermarket & Broken OTE

I want to see what happens next few weeks on the Dow...

Just another buying opportunity, or is some panic about to go down?

Included a "broken OTE" on the EJ 4H as well. See the process of how it happened? The 61.8% level became strong resistance. That wasn't a coincidence folks ;)

In other news, ICT would like to remind everyone that Order Blocks work in ALL TIMEFRAMES.

My eyes were going to that really nice long entry in late 2009 and the Short in 2011.

GG, check your PMs.

Order Blocks and Supply & Demand have at least a logical basis.

ICT actually stated in one of his videos that Fibs are most useful as a tool to draw one's attention to Order Block 'candidates', seems that many missed that.

Look hard enough and you will always find a pattern. That is the way the human brain is wired. Whether or not the 'pattern' is statistically reproducible in forward analysis is the real test.

It is a simple matter to find Fib patterns that fail, as much or more than they succeed. The issue is that our minds often filter out what does not agree with our preconceived idea, which is one of the reasons people often reminisce over the 'good old days', the bad memories are suppressed, just as are bad trades.

Confluence & Context

people use tools without confluence and without thinking of the context, and wonder why they don't work. a good tool is a good tool, only an incompetent operator can undermine its utility.

Sure, actually if you look at ICTs material it is apparent that he does not place ant significance to the Fib 'magic numbers', rather uses a rounded range ie 62 to 79, with 70.5 merely being the mid point of that range.

Hi all,
I am new here. Just looking over this thread it seems that most of you are trading off of a system that I am not familiar with. Just wondering if regular price action set-ups/discussion is welcome here? Or is there a better place to post on that?

Its not magic numbers, Sweet Spots are the closest to Order Blocks that's why he uses it...
