Offshore Keys Review

FTMO Trader Scouting
Short intro to Offshore Keys:

London based trading group who trades ICT style. Let me tell you they talk very interesting. As an American, hearing them talk was fun in its own. Cas (the main dude) is always talking about "hittin these tinGS" and "slappin up the market" and you'll get entertainment from watching them.

As stated before, they trade ICT + Dante? style as they trade breakers, ob's, and stophunts in general. They seem better than ICT at explaining and dont ramble on forever. They also teach an almost new system where they guide you through the concepts behind everything.

They sort of teach you a new system but it isnt clear about many things such as a system they all use. Many people use different variations of what they teach but they have a video on the most basic one. You can learn a new system, just gotta reverse engineer their charts and posts to get a system.

They have lots of videos and every week they recap trades and things. I got around 11GB's of videos from their entire library.
If you want a new system, this can help but it is a ICT style system and you need a solid understanding of how to trade including psychology. I think they are pretty good as an intermediate trader who cant find a good system that has an edge.

Cheers and goodluck

I was in their group for a month and agree they are good at breaking down, simplifying, and explaining the concepts. The group is very active and there are a ton of traders posting winning trades all throughout the day. There's definitely some good traders in the group, but despite all the winning trades being posted, it wasn't uncommon for them to have an in-group chat about what's more important "strike rate or R". ie. It's definitely one of those, 'post the winners after the fact', kinda groups vs showing setups beforehand (for the most part anyway), so definitely not getting the whole picture in there in terms of actual profitability or performance... generally though, the guys going for the lower R trades (1 to 1.5R) have high strike rates and will hit a bunch of trades per day.

Overall, their educational modules are self-serve where you go through the lessons to learn the core concepts. After that, it's up to you to do your back/foreward testing to figure out how to build everything into a trade model that works for you. Would recommend for new or intermediate traders who are looking for a good way to trade LTF stop runs inline with HTF market structure.

Late to this but after reflecting on their group I can agree. there are always a few guys hitting the market it seems always but they use systems different than what is actually taught and you have to either nag them on DM or try to reverse engineer their charts. No hate, but I wish they would explain their setups/try to teach the ones that seem to be making them lambos than posting screenshots of 10R all day.

Having just gone through Offshore's training videos first time 'round, I respectfully disagree. They have a Featured Posts section where other students post trade entry walkthroughs. Initially, I was sad because I thought they didn't show how to drill down to the 1M TF to get entries with awesome RR. However, I happily discovered that in one of the Featured Post videos, a student shows how he does it. They put a lot of work into the production of the primary videos (both visually and "explanatorily" haha). I've finally found a trading course that matches my style of learning and I'm so happy. I now have a much clearer understanding of price movement and how to navigate it. 'Gonna go over the videos in their entirety a few more times to really grasp the concepts and techniques. Afterwards, I'll backtest the taught entry types on 2 currency pairs, one metal, one commodity and one index from 2018 till present date each. I'll be back in two months with a progress update, Wish me luck! :)

PS One thing they could provide is a spreadsheet for trade logging and a walkthrough on how to journal trades. Traders looking to be more organized with their trading data will benefit greatly from this. Thankfully I have a spreadsheet for trade logging and I use Notion to journal.

I'm really glad it worked out for you! If you dont mind if you could tell me the title of the video where they go over m1 because I couldn't remember watching it even after going through all the videos.

Thanks and good luck!! :D:D

Going back through it again, it's the M5 not the M1, my bad. He (Demi) mentioned while on the 5 minute chart that he took a 1 minute entry (and got slapped lol) but he didn't show it. However, it's the same principle and technique regardless of the timeframe. I did a few entry backtests to confirm. Currently on my third time watch before I start backtesting in earnest. Thanks a lot for the well wishes. Hope to update on October! :D Hope your trading's going good.

Sticky the user who had made the video is Demi? You mind giving me the video title? Also how come I dont see Market Structure Talk III video anymore unless something is wrong with my access?

Yeah. Ms III's been taken down it seems. Yeah the video is Demi's AU BBDP. The thing is if you've already watched both QM vids and the webinars, you already know how to enter on the lower tfs. Your minds just not satisfied because it hasn't witnessed it yet. Lol

Maybe they removed the video because they didn't want to reveal it.

Stickyy's message to Joeybigg seems dodgy. Alert the authorities of this internet-based establishment.

not sure if they've made any changes to their pricing model, but this is what it was when I joined earlier this year:

standard pricing - 120gbp per month
special offer (if you sign up within 72 hours of inquiring about a membership) - 100gbp for first 3 months

you pay just one month at a time and can cancel whenever (no obligation to sign up for a minimum of 3 months to get the special pricing)
