What version of windows? Look in C:users\username\appdata\roaming\metaquotes\
appdata is a hidden file so you will need to reveal it- search for how this is done if you don't already know the way.

Thanks sqa for all your efforts and works on ICT sites. I appreciate as a beginner in trading and in ict student.
Hi, I have the same problem to load templates. Its directory is appear as C:user\username\...\AppData\roaming/MetaQuotes\Terminal\F2262CFA...\templates
then it displays only with *.tpl type template files.
How can I let it shows with *.ex4 type template files with name *.ex4.

I am trying to configure the ICT Killzones indicator to my time. I am not sure what to put as the opening times and closing times. If anyone could give me the times they use and the timezone I can convert it myself. Thank-you!
