Thank you so much. After so many years trading, I finally have become consistently profitable and that is thru hard work and studying.

And only after that, you can say that you don't need so much time trading :)

Wich is the main type of work and/or study you think that helped you most in becoming consistent? I mean... practice in demo, live, study chart, reading books.. wich one? :) On what would you spend the most time on?

can anyone help me about this chart ?

is this is a search n destroy stop ? i mean z- days ?

i found only market maker sell model. i cant figured out whats happening. acting like L7 range market structure broken now bearish mode but doesn't makes any sense to me. i was shorting aat 6150 my tp was 127 level but it didnt touched :(

Not that I don't need to trade much. I simply don't have the time to do so. ;-)

I don't really know. But all in all, removing every indicator and trend line from my charts was probably the main thing. Than moving to the higher time frames for S&R levels was again key.

But lastly and probably most important of all, was finding a way to recognize where institutional money steps in and moves the market.

I have a brother who works for a large American bank and we talk from time to time about trading and making money in the markets. A few yeas ago I was in NY, walking around with him, and we were talking about how HFT (high frequency trading) is changing the trading landscape.

The conversation kept on going and I told him that I was in the search for where institutional money puts its foot on the throttle. He told me that institutional money is the VERY KEY element for ANY market. Be it apples, grapes, oranges, forex or real estate. He told me that either you know that from inside the banks dealing desks or a crystal ball. But regardless, he told me if I could find the institutional footprints , I would have an enormous advantage. Needless to mention that my brother is a PHD in finance. A brilliant mind.

So when I found Michael's material, it was a no brainer for me to listen to what he was saying. After all, he was talking about the very foundation of markets. Perhaps he indeed had a way to identify institutional money flow.

When I added Michael's experience to the ability to my ability "read" stops, than it was killer.

I probably don't have a definite answer for you. However, the answer is the aggregate of all the above.

Thank you for your answer!
I think in the end what matters is the time you put in studying the charts and trying to understand the institutional footprints. Also not forgetting about the patience and practice
:thumbsup:

One other thing: I try to learn one trading 'template' at a time.

So my advice is try to master one template at first. For me it was like this:

1. OTE trades;
2. Turtle Soup;
3. Dealers range;
4....

So master each one at a time and than move on. I see people trying to jump on horses without being able to manage a horse.

Every professional athlete works on specific skills/exercises to develop their muscle memory.

What is muscle memory?
Muscle memory has been used synonymously with motor learning, which is a form of procedural memory that involves consolidating a specific motor task into memory through repetition. When a movement is repeated over time, a long-term muscle memory is created for that task, eventually allowing it to be performed without conscious effort. This process decreases the need for attention and creates maximum efficiency within the motor and memory systems.

As traders, the muscle we're using is our Brain, and specifically the Pattern-Recognition parts of it.

So apply the same techniques athletes use to develop muscle memory to develop your own "pattern-recognition memory" and you'll be on track to be a consistently profitable trader in no time.
