IF I CAN TAKE IT I CAN MAKE IT
hi ... just wondering if there is any fix for this error message on mt4. the problem happens when i change from daily timeframe to weekly or monthly timeframe . also the same problem happens on any other insrument that isnt in use or im working on. as long as that chart has timeframe higher than daily off it goes into alert mode... really annoying has it takes my focus away from what im trying to work on any given instrument... any tip or workaround is greatly appreciated. thank you very much for your help.

Suspect that few here have extra sensory abilities (despite their claims). ie no code

Also suspect that the alignment of Jupiter with Mars has disrupted the continuum.

It's one of your indicators that runs intra-day that's causing the problem. Something like a Session Timer script.

or perhaps something to do with the Blood Moon event...

Thank you SQA for your guidance on this matter... et voila I found the culprit (GMC - ICT OB indicator) ... must say your sensory skills are way better than mine and surely better than other individuals around... Im only a neophyte in Michael's words so im ok with any ignorance of mine... much obliged.

I really like Hopiplaka's CDR Indicator, and I've gotten an earful when I switch to a D1 chart with it on. (As a result, I use multiple charts, hehe)

Every program has it's quirks, MT4 included.

Oh, and holding Shift + clicking a Trendline lets you shrink/extend it without changing the level. (Can thank GoldenGun for that trick)

Sqa,

One way to prevent this is to go to the Indicator List, choose CBDR indi, go to the Visualization tab page, and disable the culprit timeframes.
For ICT Adr, I disabled the weekly and monthly timeframe because of this error.
